There is a $30.00 Process fee (includes cost of Fed Ex delivery ) for Official Transcripts (Hard Copy with wet signature required for state licensing). Payment for processing is received through
Venmo. Payment information is provided upon verification of Transcript information.
Replacement copies of certificates that have been lost or damaged are no longer available for replacement.
Transcripts will reflect both Level l & ll classes completed by students who attended Chico Therapy Wellness Center & Massage School
