Candace Noyer is a Certified Massage Therapist (since 1995) & Instructor (since 2006). She has continued her advanced education in massage therapy under Mike Metzger at Chico Therapy Wellness Center Massage School (since 1997). She is a Registered Medical Assistant, Emergency Services Health Unit Coordinator, EKG, Heart Monitor & Patient Care Tech, and Certified Nursing Assistant. She is actively involved in the medical field since 1985-present.
Candace is the owner of Massage Arts Directed Alternative http://www.madacda.com/ (Coeur d’Alene, Idaho est. 2005-present) as an educator for both Continued Education for CMT’s as well as (non-vocational training), providing community classes for couples with injured spouses, parents of special needs children and in home care givers working with aged adults.
Her experience also includes teaching at Chico Therapy Wellness Center since 2015 to present. She has three years experience preparing manuals, documents and policies and for the massage school meeting compliance requirements for the B.P.P.E. (Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education). She has been a guest speaker on advanced techniques (with Massage for TMJ/Thoracic Outlet Syndrome/Injured Rotator Cuff/ Tendonitis/ Carpe Tunnel & Sciatica) for The American Institute of Clinical Massage in 2006. She continues to be available for guest speaking to groups of people about the benefits and contraindications of massage and bodywork in relation to conditions of the body.
She has studied Essential Oils since 1997 & has studied Reflexology under Mildred Carter and Dayle Johnson CMT, Reflexologist & Instructor, Chico, Ca. She has been continuously involved with the Coeur d’Alene Ironman Event and Athletic Events as a volunteer in the Medical and Bodyworkers tents. Her clients range from infants & children to aged adults, with everyday life aches to those who have chronic conditions. She also works with sports & work related injuries as well as pre/post-operative body work for pain management.
